๐ Caroline is a Belgian-born lifelong multidisciplinary artist and designer. She sways between the commercial and fine art worlds.
Her practice spans site-specific interior and exterior permanent and temporary murals, artwork, installations, and exhibiting in galleries.
Caroline is an award winning artist and has created murals for Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Lululemon, Sweetgreen, Dunn-Edwards, Benjamin Moore, amongst many others in the public and private sectors.
Her work focuses on the exploration of color, movement, topography, geometry, nature's phenomenons, architecture, and optimism.
She will be sharing her inspirations, process, and how every medium fuels her velocity to create multiple works simultaneously.
๐ผ๏ธ Most of her current works will be for sale which are not yet on her website, although her website has some new work and also from her previous series.
๐ Main lobby door link access on Santa Fe Avenue is provided as the last link above. You will click the link and hold it up to the black box on left side of door. There is an elevator immediately to left or stairway acess is the door after the elevator. The studio is located on the second floor. Follow the hallway and first door on left in first hallway on left. You will see a colorful door mat and colorful flower / vase at door.
The studio location is considered at the tail end of the Arts District and is about a 10 min walk to the next studio and the building is one block from Soho Warehouse. There is also Etiquette Coffee at the base of the building.
๐ฃ She will also be opening her studio on Monday, September 29th along with her gallery located on the 3rd floor which is also located in the building from 11 am - 7 pm by appointment. Please email caroline@carolinegeys.com or call / text 213.880.1245 to schedule.
๐ The studio is a shoes off space and can be taken off outside the hallway door or Caroline will also have shoe covers.
๐ฆ ๐Caroline will have canned sparkling flavored waters and still water.
