Sacred Family Constellation creates an opportunity to gently explore these patterns not to blame our parents or ancestors, but to bring greater awareness, compassion, and choice to what we carry forward. This immersive experience invites you into a safe, sober, supportive, and trauma-informed healing space where the body, nervous system, family system, and sense of self can be witnessed and explored with care.
