✨ Authentic Relating Games: Appreciation ✨ In a world that moves quickly, appreciation invites us to slow down and truly see one another. We’ll explore connection through playful Authentic Relating Games centered around gratitude, acknowledgment, and meaningful human connection. Together, we’ll practice expressing appreciation, receiving it openly, and noticing what genuinely touches us in ourselves and others. Expect an evening of curiosity, laughter, honesty, and heartfelt connection in a welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are. 🌟 Core Practices: • Welcome Everything • Honor Self & Other • Own Your Experience • Commitment to Connection 👥 About the Facilitators Tiffany Hawco creates spaces where people return to—grounded, alive, and deeply human. A facilitator, somatic breathwork practitioner, hula hoop teacher, and environmentalist, she integrates breath, movement, and intuitive facilitation into experiences that invite reflection and connection. Guided by curiosity and compassion, Tiffany’s vibrant, nurturing presence encourages participants to trust their own voices while cultivating meaningful connection with one another and the Earth. Nathan Kessel weaves his experience in mindfulness meditation, Nonviolent Communication, Circling, embodiment practices, Buddhism, and the work of Joanna Macy to co-create experiences that help people connect deeply with themselves and others.
