Women’s Winter Circle
Welcome dear sister, you are invited to join this sweet women’s circle of connection, self-care, sensuality, and heart and soul nourishment.
Let’s come together and fill each other’s cups, remind ourselves of the power and reservoir of wisdom that we are when we gather with intention.
Let’s pamper each other with grounding touch and use of essential oil sprays, body oils, feathers, silks, flowers, and healing sounds (I will provide).
Let’s enjoy a guided dance together as a way to connect and play through movement and flow.
Circle structure:
6:15 arrivals
Intro’s, intentions, oracle cards
Guided meditation
Sensorium salon (giving/receiving healing touch)
Guided circle dance and movements
9:30 Close the circle
***Please arrive on time, otherwise, managing late arrivals is going to be challenging for me to do, And disruptive to the Circle.***
How to plan:
Please come already fed, I will provide some light drinks and snacks
Shoes off private home, wear warm socks or bring slippers
Bring a comfy cushion to sit on
Bring a water bottle
Location is in a less fortunate area of Oakland, however the property is very safe and secure with gated parking.
Easiest for me to manage arrivals at same time, as our circle location is a ways from the parking lot.
