ᵔ▿ᵔᵔ◡ᵔ⚆◟⚆◉‿◉˘▿˘*◟*Join us for the launch of Cyborg Lifestyle Magazine, a publication that uses humor, critical writing, and embodied play to look at how power and authoritarianism move through daily life.
The first issue includes interviews with artists and theorists, essays from Zoopsia and collaborators, a “How Many Genitals Should You Get?” quiz, and a cluster of fake ads that push against the idea that control is normal.
The event takes place inside soft Weapons Keep Your Fucking Hands Off My Body, a feminist and queer-centered exhibition curated by Cassandra Neyenesch and Lydia Nobles, and is part of Fall of Freedom, a nationwide movement supporting creative expression and resistance.
There will be drinks by optional donation and magazines and zines available.
