The second of this series: Gardenia Resonance We'll dose Gardenia Flower Essence together, and I'll guide you through a somatic practice and meditation. Afterwards there will be space to share our experiences with Gardenia and the meditation. Please bring a comfy cushion to sit on. You could also bring your journal if you like, otherwise pen and paper will be provided for notes.
