Liability Waiver & Media Release – Florida  By registering for and participating in the Anybody Can Surf Meetup (“Event”), I understand that surfing and ocean activities involve inherent risks, including waves, currents, marine life, equipment issues, and the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating.  I release and hold harmless the Event organizers, hosts, volunteers, partners, and affiliated entities from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.  I confirm that I am physically able to participate, will act responsibly, will follow safety guidance, and will not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I understand this is a community meetup and not formal surf instruction unless otherwise stated.  I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the Event to be used for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes without compensation. Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on their behalf and accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

Personal Responsibility  I confirm that: 	•	I am physically able to participate in surfing and ocean activities. 	•	I will follow all safety instructions provided by the hosts. 	•	I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and decisions in the water. 	•	I will not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  4. No Professional Instruction  I understand that this is a community meetup and not a formal surf lesson unless otherwise specified. I acknowledge that I am responsible for assessing my own skill level and comfort in the ocean.  5. Media & Content Release  I grant permission to the Event organizers and their representatives to photograph, film, and record me during the Event.  I agree that these photos and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and other business purposes without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.  6. Age Requirement  I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.
