We’ll also tour Hill Tribe Holistics, a Black mother/daughter‑owned business, S.E.W. Co-Op member, and Onyx Collective founding member. This Mini-Hub Pop-Up is designed to help us all to:

Onyx Collective centers the needs of Black Minnesotans living in rural/greater MN in all things. How do you identify?

Onyx Collective centers the needs of Black Minnesotans across sexuality and gender expression spectrums. How do you identify?

Onyx Collective wants Black peoople with different accessibility needs: developmental, dietary, and mobility etc. What do we need to know to host you well?

Name and ages of youth < 18 will be joining you? If folks are traveling with you 18 or older we ask each adult to register for the event.

Got a small business, small scale farm; are you a creative, artist, artisan, or other micro-enterprise? Onyx Collective wants to support your enterprise - by sharing as much as we can about it. Please share the business name, what you offer, and how we can purchase your products and services (website, address, phone, email etc.)

Love letter to Onyx Collective (liability waiver) I am excited to be part of Onyx Collective's Clean Energy Mini-Hub Pop Up. I acknowledge and accept that any activity including using specialized equipment, eating foods prepared by others, fire circles etc. come with risks. I know I have the freedom to opt out of any activity (and on behalf of the children with me). If I don’t feel comfortable participating in an activity, I know that you will honor my choice. So, I voluntarily take on the risk of group activities. I agree to use care and caution and monitor those in my care to prevent harm to myself and others. I agree that if I or those in my care are hurt or injured during the gathering that I will work collaboratively with Onyx Collective to address harms.

Use of photographic likeness release. As part of my attendance at this Onyx Collective event, I freely give 1. Permission to record photograph, video, or audio (the “Recordings”) of me and those in my care. 2. The unrestricted right to use of the Recordings, for purposes that Onyx Collective deems appropriate. 3. Consent to use my name, voice, and biographical material in connection with such Recordings. Further, 1. I understand that Onyx Collective is under no obligation to use the Recordings. 2. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished products incorporating the Recordings. 3. I waive the right to any compensation associated with the use of the Recordings. 4. I release Onyx Collective from any liability arising out of or in connection with my participation or attendance at the Event or the use of the Recordings. 5. I agree to inform Onyx Collective if I do not want to be recorded or photographed.
