Alex Gu is a PhD student at MIT and a founding research lead at Math Inc, a company dedicated to the creation of verified superintelligence. His work focuses on AI for coding and mathematics, and his contributions include CRUXEval, LeanDojo, LiveCodeBench, StarCoder (1&2), and BigCodeBench. He has also done internships at various companies including Meta, Amazon, NVIDIA, Jane Street, and Pony AI Edward Kim (Founder): ex-Nvidia lab AI researcher and physics @ Seoul National University. Previously worked with YC, a16z backed companies as SWE. Moved into SF while building seequence, an agentic video production studio, leading to develop hardware-level acceleration of diffusion inference across GPU and ASIC architectures, ultimately leading to generative ai with drift models Joe Singh: Stanford physics PhD candidate and Quad Fellow in the Irwin Lab, developing superconducting quantum sensors and RF resonators to push past the standard quantum limit in the search for axion dark matter, with prior research at UC Berkeley on neutrinoless double beta decay and WIMP detection. Ryaan aqid: Cornell undergraduate building in egocentric data for physical AI. He was accepted into Cornell eLab, the university's flagship student startup accelerator, and into Chapter 7 Residency in SF, VC scout.
