Arts in the Dark's Halloween parade lights up downtown Chicago with giant puppets, costumed performers, floats and artists from across the city, all after dark. It's free, family-friendly and happens rain or shine, so bring layers if the weather turns. The parade has a new, bigger route this year. Arrive early for a good viewing spot, and try the south end if the north end is crowded This event is not hosted by Partiful. It is an event we recommend, hosted by Arts in the Dark.
