Night 2 of the fundraiser will take place in the mixing room and theater of Encantada Luxury Apartments, thanks to Casey James! Food and drinks provided Schedule: 6-6:45 mingling, swimming, dinner, drinks , bid on silent auction items 6:45-7 Presentation for "Welcome to Meritown" film 7-9 Swimming, and/or Screening of Edgar Wright's "Hot Fuzz". 9:15: Announce winners of Silent Auction Parking is free at Encantada. Please park at the front by the lobby, but if there is no more room Caleb or Meredith will let you in the side gate. Please text Caleb at (520)262-4318 if you need help getting in. There are two ways to donate: 1. Silent Auction! Come to the event, and bid on items. All proceeds will go directly to the production of the film. 2. Donate Directly through my Allyra fundraising page. There are different tiers of rewards that will be available at the event, and can be shipped if needed. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE!
