Earn your brunch—with a side of fresh air and good company. Join us for a feel-good morning of movement and connection at Knox Mountain Park. We’ll meet at the trailhead at 10:30 AM and hike the Apex Trail to Lower Crown Lookout (~440m elevation gain) at a relaxed, no-moms-left-behind pace. Hike: Knox Mountain Park Trailhead 📍 https://maps.app.goo.gl/HioZzu54SEseTSCV After the hike, we’ll head to Sutherland Bay Park around 11:45 AM for a cozy potluck picnic—think bagels, banana bread, coffee, and sunshine. Kids are absolutely welcome, but note that the Apex Trail is not stroller-friendly and may be tough for little legs. If that’s your crew, feel free to skip the hike and join us for the brunch hang instead. What to bring: 🌲 A potluck item to share 🌲 Water + snacks for the hike 🌲 Blanket or something to sit on Come for the hike, stay for the bite.
