ROCK... PAPER... SCISSORS... SHOOT! Are you a 5D galaxy brained game theorist? Or perhaps a child at heart? Or just always down to compete against others? I humbly invite everyone interested finding out who is DC's best or luckiest Rock, Paper, Scissors player to congregate at the Washington Monument to play for the glory of eliminating all your rivals. RULES (subject to change): - Pair up with other player, play best out of 1 or 3 (whatever you both decide) with the loser being eliminated - Survivors of the previous round advance while losers stand off to the side - Repeat until 2 players are remaining - Then we will form a circle and have the final two duel it out Winner of the tournament will get the special prize of either a trophy or crown designating them as DC's Rock-Paper-Scissors champion!
