**Required Participation Form**

It’s time to roll up our sleeves and give back! In alignment with PT50’s core values, agents, brokers, and partners will work together in a half-day of service, fulfilling the needs of a local non-profit organization. This year, we are partnering with Haven for Hope, an organization that offers a place of hope, love, and new beginnings by providing, delivering, or coordinating impactful care for people experiencing homelessness in our community. If you plan to participate, please make sure to RSVP and fill out their required participation waiver linked above!
