˜◡˜I blinked and suddenly I had a…Valentine’s Day walk on Valentine Avenue!
Lauver Lane NYC invites you to celebrate the most romantic day of the year in the most core way possible: by walking Valentine Avenue in the Bronx while listening to Valentine! We will meet at (Mr. Eclectic) Allan Poe’s cottage at 2:00pm. After touring the cottage and finding out how this 19th century writer inspired our 21st century musical icon, we will walk northbound on Valentine Avenue towards its north end at East 204th Street. Afterwards we might spend some time in the park on Mosholu Parkway, weather permitting. Sweet treats and hot drinks will be provided!
Note: if heavy rain/snow or extreme cold is forecasted, this event will be moved to an indoor location in Manhattan. A final decision will be made by Friday, February 13 regarding weather.
