Renaissance Distillery's first ever U.S. tasting tour! This one's a MUST for all the NYC rum nerds out there! A guided tasting with Olivier Caen and Linya Chiou, founders of Renaissance Distillery. Olivier and Linya will guide us through multiple rum expressions - including the recently launched US releases Puyuma and Clouded Leopard - and other ultra-exclusive selections from their collection that have never been available outside of Taiwan. Learn about their story, how they grow their own sugarcane, customize their own stills, curate the finest finishing casks from all over the world, and even hand-label their own bottles.
