"Hollywood 3.0—Phygital Convergence" refers to the merging of the physical (LBE) and digital entertainment ecosystems with evolving technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and Web3 to create immersive, interactive experiences for audiences. This concept moves beyond passive consumption of media, blending digital content with real-world interactions. Where LBE becomes LBX. The event is being presented in partnership with Caltech Center for Technology and Management Educations world-renowned AI/ML and executive education programs. Panels with leading minds in AI/ML eEducation, LBX (location based Experience) , XR, VR, AR and live broadcast technologies. This is a new dimension in immersive location-based entertainment, film and live broadcast; where live audiences are empowered to be active participants in content creation and ownership, moving beyond being passive consumers. AI and immersive tech is increasingly being used to power new forms of storytelling and drive innovation in content creation and management. AI Visuals and Music: Kelly Boesch 8:45 AM- Opening remarks and The Vision of Hollywood 3.0 with Shawn Barrett, Sevak Petrosian, and Jack Illes. 9:00 AM- From Creator to Play Economy: Live AI Filmmaking with Sora 2. 9:30 AM–1:30 PM- Expert panels, live showcases, and a fireside chat with ArtCenter College of Design. Panels include: Hollywood 3.0 – Phygital Convergence & AI Experience Creation, presentation by Michael Ronen From Hype to Execution: Best Practices for AI in Entertainment and Enterprise (Caltech CTME) The Creator Economy 3.0: Building Worlds, Not Just Content Utilizing Locations to Redefine Engagement The event closes with “Prototyping the Future,” a fireside chat with Todd Masilko, Chair of Interaction Design at ArtCenter College of Design, exploring how students are using AI and XR to redefine creative workflows.
