Dabney & Bullock started out on Valentine's Day 2022 as a cocktail pop-up meant to showcase people of color in hospitality. Named after two trailblazing black bartenders from the pre-prohibition era (John Dabney and Tom Bullock), the pop up is built around the spirit collaboration and community. We aim to work with different members of the hospitality community for every event through venue rotation, guest bartenders/wine curators and guest culinary collaborators. Our logo is the minimalist heart to remind us that how we move through the world and the hospitality community at large is rooted in love and compassion. We strive to maintain that through-line in every way that we show up.
