It's time to party with the Liana way: with a jam!!! This year's theme is Free Improvisation. Throw conventions and rules out the window and speak from the heart! This is a dance party for your inner child. Musicians at ANY level are welcome to join. Bring your secondary instrument! Bring a book to read on stage! Hit pots and pans with a wooden spoon, or let out a catharthic scream! We'll be making groups from names drawn from a bucket, and y'all will play for 5-7 minutes. No calling tunes, we'll play what's in our hearts and let the night carry us! 🎁 Your presence is a present, so no gifts necessary. Please pitch in to help cover the space rental instead! Special thanks to Clementine Lu, Courtney McNally, Ilan Korman, and Klavya Mashru for splitting the initial cost of the space. All money collected will be given back to these fabulous donors.
