Every morning, 8:00 am - 9:30 am, all week during SF Tech Week A daily morning run for founders and investors — at Zone 2 pace, slow enough that you can hold a full conversation the entire way. That's not a warm-up rule, that's the whole point. Most Tech Week events put you in a loud room at 7pm with a drink in your hand and 90 seconds per person. This is the opposite. You run side by side for 45 minutes, at a pace where talking is easy, and you actually get past the pitch. No PBs. No drop-offs. Nobody gets left behind — that goes for the pace and the group. Come one morning or every morning. Same time, same start point, different people each day. RSVP once and just show up whenever you can make it — we run 8:00, coffee at 8:45.
