Ada Hu
cofounded New York-based NU Media, a full-service digital marketing agency, in 2019. She founded the startup to bridge the gap between immigrant owned businesses and the American mainstream market. NU provides social media marketing, influencer marketing, creative branding and campaign management for their more than 1,500 clients. Those clients include online shopping platform TESO Life, restaurant chain KYURAMEN, Michelin Star-restaurant Aquavit, and New York-based speakeasy and music lounge Record Room. For instance, they helped their client Asian sauce company Lee Kum Kee, with more than 120 influencer collaborations, gaining over 10 million impressions across social media. The company currently has six global offices and 35 full-time employees.
Huan Nguyen
is the Chief Revenue Officer at Hypebeast Group. Founded in 2005, Hypebeast is a leading global platform for contemporary culture and lifestyle, and a premier destination for editorially-driven news and commerce. In 2016, it became a publicly listed media company in Hong Kong. Huan leads the global development, growth and performance of all processes that generate revenue across the media and agency segment of Hypebeast, and all business franchises and verticals outside of HBX, the e-commerce and retail segment of Hypebeast, which includes distribution and merchandising, as well as food and beverage segments. Huan has been with the company since 2015, has been instrumental in the extraordinary growth of our North American and global Media and Agency businesses. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Xitong (Molly) Zhang
is the Co-Founder, Vice President, and COO of the Dawn Eleven Contemporary Art Foundation (DeCA), a New York–based nonprofit founded by a group of Gen Z arts professionals in 2024. In less than a year, DeCA has onboarded over 80 individual patrons and supported more than 30 emerging artists through exhibitions, programs, and community initiatives. With versatile experience across both for-profit and non-profit art institutions and a background in arts administration, she oversees daily operations, strategic partnerships, and project execution, building platforms that connect artists and curators with broader audiences, collectors, and sponsors. Whether through innovative business strategies or impactful community initiatives, she is committed to contributing to the vibrant and ever-evolving landscape of art and culture.
Niki Cheng
Founder of 18th Street Design Collective, is an interior designer passionate about creating spaces that are both beautiful and livable. Featured in outlets including The Spruce, Yahoo! Life, and AOL, she is recognized for her expertise by both businesses and individuals. As the owner of four thriving NYC retail stores, two Calligaris locations, Eichholtz, and Ditre Italia, Niki blends her design vision with retail expertise to deliver environments that are as functional as they are inspiring. A mom of two and a devoted yogi, she brings balance and mindfulness into everything she does, both professionally and personally.
