You Shipped All Quarter. Which Features Made Money? #BOSTechWeek

You shipped 7 things last quarter. Pricing changed in the middle. Two competitors launched. Sales ran a Q-end push. Somewhere in all of that, revenue moved.
Which features caused it? Which ones just correlated? Which ones did nothing, and which ones did something you're going to miss until it shows up as churn in Q3?
Answering that question takes two weeks. Spreadsheets. Pulling data out of three or four systems that don't agree with each other. A summary you give your founders that's "directionally confident" but not something you'd bet your career on. You do it three or four times a year. And when your CEO asks which features drove the quarter, the honest answer is still "I think it was these, but…"
This workshop is for the version of the problem you actually have.
Bring a feature your team shipped last quarter. One you've argued about. In one session, you walk out with a defensible number on it. Not in two weeks. Not after reconciling five systems. In the session. The assumptions are visible. You can argue with every one of them. The number survives the obvious questions instead of folding under them. Your gut narrative meets the exposed numbers, and you find out whether the story you've been telling your founders actually holds up.
Before you leave, we'll set you up to run the same thing on a real feature in your product. Measurement starts the moment you walk out. Data compiles as your product gets used. Inside your 30-day trial, you're looking at a production-grade score on your own feature, with enough runway left to act on what it tells you, not just report on it.
This is the first layer. What comes next is the question you can't answer cleanly today: which features actually drive your P&L. The ones earning revenue. The ones quietly costing you in support hours. A feature-by-feature P&L view, not a directional story. You won't see all of that in the workshop. What you'll leave with is the foundation. Defensible enough to build the rest on top of.
What you'll walk away with:
- A defensible number on the feature you brought, produced in the session, not over two weeks
- An answer, for that feature, to the question your founders keep asking
- A live account measuring a real feature in your product. Your first production-grade score lands inside your trial window, with runway left to act on it
- 30-day free trial + locked-in early-adopter pricing
This is for you if:
- You run product at a B2B SaaS company, Series A through C, 50–300 employees
- You report to a founder or CEO who wants to know which features actually drove the quarter
- You've built the workarounds: the spreadsheets, the cross-system reconciliations, the quarterly deck that threads the needle between honest and useful. And you're done with them.
Come prepared: Your laptop. One feature from last quarter that you've argued about. We'll handle the rest.
A small working group of product leaders. Working session, not a talk. You'll leave with a number on the feature you brought, a live account measuring another of them, and early-adopter pricing locked in.
Limited to 15 seats to ensure everyone gets hands-on support and real answers, not generic takeaways.
We'll be using VEKTIS to power the workshop. All attendees keep access to their instance after the event.
