During this Conscious Breathwork Class, you'll learn how to use the power of your breath to release stress, increase clarity, and connect with your inner self. The technique used is gentle, circular style of breathing that acts as the bridge between body, mind, heart, and spirit.
The theme for this session will be set to the sounds of Vikings and the Celts!

✨ What to Expect
Possible experiences during your breathwork session may include:
Resolution and release of current problems
Healing of unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories or past life remembrances
Releases of stored trauma/tension in the body
Encounters with the divine including transcendence of time or space
Deep peace, unconditional love and orgasmic states.
The process is gentle, safe, and loving. You will be conscious the whole time and totally in control. You may experience tingling and buzzing sensations, emotional releases, physical sensations of tightness, and feelings of relaxation or peace.
✨ What to Bring
Bring your open heart, your willingness to explore, and the gift of your breath.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Bring a yoga mat or sleeping bag, blanket and pillow.
A water bottle
It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior.
We will provide eye masks or you can bring your own.

Severe mental illness
Seizure disorders
Glaucoma
A personal or family history of aneurysms
Are taking major medications
Additionally:
Pregnant women should first consult with and receive approval from their primary care physician.
Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with both their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator before participating.
