Event by: Pilates w/ @diana.a.yescas + ARTEZANA
We’ll start with Pilates to ground into your body, followed by meditation and a letting-go ritual to release old habits, patterns, and versions of yourself that no longer fit.
From there, you’ll reflect on your future self and bring that vision to life by creating an intention hoodie.
Think of it as a vision board you can wear.<3
Something you’ll reach for on the days you need a reminder of who you’re becoming and what you chose for yourself this year.

10:15 AM | Pilates
A grounding, strength-focused class to reconnect with your body and release stored tension.

11:00 AM | Meditation
A guided meditation to quiet the mind and set intention for the experience ahead.
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM | Reflection & Creation Stations
Station 1: Letting Go
A release ritual to symbolically tear old habits, patterns, or versions of yourself you’re ready to leave behind.
Station 2: Hoodie Creation
Create your own intention hoodie with @loomandlabel. With YOUR visions. A physical reminder of who you’re becoming and what you’re choosing this year.
Station 3: Connection Corner
Matcha & Coffee with @Blisscafebar , wellness shots with @detoxtalks , conversation, and space to connect with like-minded women.
12:00 PM | Closing Circle
We’ll come together for final intention setting, optional sharing, and a group photo to close the experience.
12:15 PM | Event Ends <3 - The Farm has a breakfast restaurant! highly recommend you stay & enjoy their breakfast with us!
