Meet us at The Manchester Preserve (Near 1609 Calle Ryan) at 8:30am for snacks and coffee before beginning our hike together at 9am. We will take time to engage with ourselves, each other, and the beautiful area around us throughout the hike, using meditation, conversation, and teaching to help us be more present and connected. Come prepared for some light to moderate walking, with limited shade. Wear comfortable clothing and close toed shoes. We will have sunscreen and snacks, and feel free to bring your own.
