Mental Health Songwriter Nights is a mental health themed songwriter’s event series benefiting mental health organizations and local artists. Based out of Nashville, we are taking our series on the road- bringing a show to Baltimore, MD for the first time on July 31st at Bird in Hand Coffee & Books.
This show will benefit Grassroots Crisis Intervention through a portion of our proceeds. Grassroots operates a 24-hour crisis intervention and supportive counseling hotline. Individuals can call 410-531-6677 for a variety of reasons, including suicide, family and relationship problems, violent or threatening domestic situations, loneliness or depression, substance use issues, housing needs and others. In addition to their crisis line, they provide walk-in crisis assistance, substance use disorder services, emergency shelter, mobile crisis team, day resource center, outpatient mental health clinic, & more.
