The second workshop in the Creativity Workshop Series, this session invites you to step out of the noise of daily thoughts and to-do lists and reconnect with your breath and the present moment. Through simple, meditative drawing exercises, we’ll use art as a tool for noticing, releasing, and grounding - focusing less on the final page and more on curiosity, compassion, and presence.
No art or meditation experience required, just a willingness to pause, breathe, and explore.
