Leave the stiff body and stressed mind behind, and find your own groove. Dance to an awesome curated playlist with light movement guidance that inspires your body with new ways to move. NO dance experience required! If you need to move your bones, this dance party is for you. When: April 16th (Wed) @ 7-8:30p Where: 195 New York Ave #3E, Jersey City NJ 07307 - NLK Studio How: RSVP to hold you spot Pay-what-you-can • $15 suggested Hosts: NonLinear Knitting and Kenia Rosete Dance Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a water bottle, ear plugs, etc. …anything you need to feel good and ready to move. Sit-n-listen or get-up-n-dance as you please. The music is continuous. Feel free to drop-in and go anytime between event hours. There will be areas available to rest those dancing feet. This event is for EVERYONE (..over 18), but that’s about the only requirement!
