Five hours. Four gates. One shipped product. Vibe coding made it ridiculously easy to make something that looks like a product. We're going further. Ship Like a Baddie is a hands-on AI product hackathon where you'll take one idea from strategy to prototype to working product to a live, instrumented MVP with an analytics dashboard. Yes, you'll run a FULL AI PRODUCT STACK in one day, plus the PM layer most hackathons skip entirely: scoping, prioritization, and the metric that tells you if it worked. No coding experience required but it's ok if you have it too. Bring an idea, or pick one from the example stack when you arrive, and build alongside us. Here's how the day will go: Each 1-hour sprint ends at a gate. Alisha will review the scope of the sprint & provide a worksheet or video to guide you further. Then, complete the deliverable, pass the gate, and move to the next stage of your product. GATE 01 - STRATEGY Define the user, problem, MVP and the one-line value proposition you're actually building. GATE 02 - PROTOTYPE, DESIGN + BUILD Turn your strategy into an experience someone can actually use. Map the screens and flow, prototype the experience, then start building. GATE 03 - FINISH THE BUILD Vibe code your working product, connect the pieces, test it and get it live. GATE 04 - SHIP + GTM Instrument your product, define the action that matters, connect it to a North Star metric and start your plan for getting real users. Because your North Star isn't "I launched" and in 2026 that's not enough to get an investor's attention. When you pass all gates, you'll leave with: → A pressure-tested MVP strategy → A product design clickable prototype → A working product deployed to production → Product analytics + a defined North Star metric → A starting GTM plan → Proof that you shipped the damn thing The full AI PM stack we're using: Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, Cursor or Replit for coding, Supabase for database, GitHub for code versioning, Mermaid for charting the user flow, and PostHog for analytics. If you're planning to use and learn Cursor, it must be installed before you arrive, we will send you the walkthrough instructions. Never built an app before? Good. We'll give you the scaffold and help you through it. Already technical? Come see how much faster you can go with an AI-native product workflow. Bring your laptop, charger and an idea if you have one. Five hours. Four gates. One shipped product. Let's ship like a baddie. 💅 #SFTechWeek #AIFounderPlaybook 👋 About Alisha Outridge Alisha Outridge is an AI product, technology & transformation executive and former CTO/CPO with 15+ years building and scaling products from early-stage ventures to platforms used by hundreds of millions.
