Benjamin Ballentine:
Having been raised by a family of realtors and Architecture enthusiasts, Ben Ballentine was destined to wind up working with homes and buildings in some facet. He realized that his passion was not in buying or selling a building, but in finding its flaws and coming up with creative design solutions. Having spent his youth wandering the spaces of hundreds of homes, he developed a second nature understanding of space, scale and form. That knowledge paired with over a decade of experience working with the best architects in Los Angeles gave Ben a unique style and focused attention to detail. Since launching the firm in 2015, he and his studio set out to deliver a comprehensive design approach and hands-on collaborative coordination, which continues to result in successful projects and a growing list of happy clients.
Ballentine Architects is a boutique Architecture studio based out of Los Angeles CA, specializing in Luxury Lifestyle and Custom Residential Design throughout Southern California. Working in a wide range of architectural styles, our projects are thoughtful, carefully crafted responses to our client’s lifestyles. Regardless of design aesthetic, our projects are rooted in a strong concept and layout. We take care to integrate today’s modern technologies and design all the indoor/outdoor amenities essential to Southern California living.

Brittany Zwickl is the Partner and Principal Designer at STUDIO LIFE/STYLE is a multifaceted commercial and residential design firm located in Los Angeles, California. Brittany has created beautifully curated spaces ranging in size and style to meet specific needs of each client. After more than 15 years in the industry Brittany has worked on countless magical homes in highly sought-after cities across the country.
The talented design team at STUDIO LIFE/STYLE excels at creating contemporary luxury through their refined aesthetic, perfectly balanced with welcoming comfort and functionality. Their work has been featured in several publications such as Architectural Digest, Luxe, MyDomaine, Lonny and California Lifestyle.
Mike Kelley:
Mike Kelley is an architecture photographer based in Southern California. His work has represented the design vision of firms such as Morphosis, SOM, SAOTA, Bernardo Pozas, and Tom Dixon.
Kelley’s approach is driven by architectural sensitivity, artistic vision, and technical expertise, underscored by the ability to place each built work into a broader social and environmental context.
Kelley’s photographs have been published in The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Record, Domus, The Architect’s Newspaper, Elle, and The Local Project, to name just a few. He has collaborated on countless book projects and been the exclusive photographer for several including A View From The Top and New Architecture Los Angeles.
