In this intimate 2-hour experience, you'll be guided through the gentle medicine of Rebozo—a centuries-old Mexican healing practice using woven fabric to create feelings of support, safety, and restoration—alongside Spinal Energetics, a gentle modality that works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to encourage the body's natural ability to release stress and restore balance.
Together, these practices invite you to slow down, soften protective patterns, and reconnect with your body's innate wisdom.
