Please note this is for the 8:30 a.m. session. Learn home brewing basics using the AeroPress, led by Chewie — 2025 NYC Regional AeroPress Champion and founder of Macizo Coffee. This hands-on seminar covers the fundamentals that matter: extraction, ratio, water temperature, and technique. Whether you already own an AeroPress or you're curious about getting into home brewing, this is for you. Chewie will walk through a full brew demonstration, then you have the chance to brew your own cup and taste what you made. No prior experience needed! To be mindful of the time of other attendees, and in order to not miss any instructional content, we ask that you aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we can begin promptly at 8:30.
