This month is about Foundation. Strength. Power.
Earth represents the body~ our bones, our muscles, our nervous system, our capacity to hold more.
Get ready to get worked~
From the inside out and the outside in.
Grounding into the legs, hips, spine and roots…
Strengthening and opening the body’s foundation…
Then lifting energy through the heart, chest and limbs…
Rising tall into the vision of who you are becoming in 2026.
This is a somatic, bass-driven journey where grounding meets expansion~
where your future self isn’t just envisioned, but embodied.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
An opening space to set intention, activate the monthly theme, and establish guidelines to co-create a space that is safe, sexy, and sacred.
A guided embodiment experience to strengthen and open your hips, root and spine.
An intentional, Earth-themed journey through bass-forward beats and embodied dance led by AVATARA and BTRU.
Come dressed as your Avatar Self ~ dressed to express and soething that is also comfortable to move in to open the hips and spine and we ground and lift into our dance.

Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Doors close at 1:11 PM to protect the integrity of the space ~ no late entry.
The dance will complete around 3:30ish, and the space will remain open to network, connect, shop, andddd...
