Join us on Saturday, June 27 at Space 1026, for a night of active imagination. Through mystical transfiguration and immersive experience we will find a consensus vision to focus our collective manifestation. Described as a love fest, be sure to attend with an open mind and a desire to strengthen this ever-expanding network of dreamers and visionaries.

SPACE 1026 is located at 844 N. Broad Street. The entrance is up about 6-8 stairs. Please let us know if you need help to attend.
If you can’t attend in person, save the date anyway. You can drop in via the dreamtime and add to the vibe.
With any luck, one of us may awake to the solutions we seek. And as tomorrow becomes today these dream seeds will take root to a better world of unfolding creativity.

DREAM HERE NOW!
Dream Here Now! is an attempt to navigate the collective subconscious through a prompt of interactive art installation and immersive experience. It models itself on studies that were groundbreaking for counterculture movements of the past century explored by Richard Alpert, Marie Laurencin, Amiri Baraka, Anne Waldman, and Ken Kesey. First showcased in April 2025, it has toured around the country gathering dreams and focusing the light. This fresh invocation in the series will feature guided meditations in the form of live music and performance conducive to encourage the audience to activate their imagination. Together we will identify common dreams among our generation and how to proceed to mutually achieve them.

ALONGMIREWRITER
alongmirewriter is a poet, multi-media artist and educator from North Philly. His work explores hope, black masculinities, technology and sound. His latest book, Bird/Diz [an erased history of bebop] (BUNNY Presse) was published in Nov. 2022 and his EP House Flags for Fathers was released by Spiral Editions in March of 2026. He resides in West Philly with a cat, his partner's dog, a second monitor and a Djembe.
HUDSON RIVER
a percussionist and vibraphonist whose music "fills the room with familial love and candor, braiding vibraphone melodies together with horns and voices from a surprising array of styles."

LOOTER featuring KARA KHAN
Looter is an ambient-noise project that uses captured audio, digital sequencing, and live instrumentation to create improvised experimental soundscapes. Kara Khan is a mother, photographer, and educator working with alternative and historical photo processes. Her research based practice is rooted in collaboration, experimentation, and direct action. Khan and Looter will be joining forces for an interactive audio-visual performance featuring live projections and experimental music. Participation is encouraged.
and MARSHALL JAMES KAVANAUGH
Marshall James Kavanaugh is a Philadelphia-based dream laborer and performance poet. He has performed his poetry at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Barnes Foundation, Monument Lab, and the Philadelphia International Airport. As Dream Poet For Hire, Marshall creates stream-of-subconscious inspired poetry on demand for the general public. Accompanied by his trumpet-playing unicorn dream body named Ma Ja Ka, he will summon soundscapes of dreamlands to empower the surreal within us all.
