Celebrate the arrival of Fall equinox with an integrated journey of connection, nourishing tea, and sound – join us Saturday, September 26 on Snake Island in the middle of Lady Bird Lake! Exact location of Snake Island on Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/2rzuxBRvQ2TGAKXf6 The Experience & Offerings Tea Circle & Activation (ticket holders only): 12-2:30pm Party (open to all): 3-8pm We will begin the afternoon at 12pm with a special sensory journey to nourish body and mind. 🫖 Melanie and Elise will share activating teas to awaken and nourish the spirit 🔮 Emma Hoffman will lead a guided Activation: As we cross the threshold from summer into fall, we're invited to slow down, shed what has completed its season, and make space for what's ready to emerge. Together we'll connect with the version of ourselves we're becoming. 🌀 Jenn Nasser will weave a Holographic Sound Healing Journey throughout, channeling frequencies through her voice to support deeper embodiment. 🪷 Kody will lead guided breath work to calm the nervous system 🎧 From there, the dance floor becomes the integration. Expect deep beats, immersive grooves and melodic sounds: Apellum Gringo Safari Kody Sun MELLIA SAYLESS 🌿 Beautiful, scenic nature setting ✨ Iced tea and healthy snacks will be available Note on pricing: We want to make our events accessible to all!
