Performer Bio

Join us for "Breath-String", an intimate evening of violin and guitar with Taro Wayama and David Ruest at a poco art. Performing together since 2014, Wayama and Ruest move across centuries of music, from Telemann, Fiocco and Massenet to John Williams, Piazzolla and Wayama’s own compositions. The program travels between meditation and motion, memory and dance, allowing two stringed instruments to meet, separate, and resonate again. 🎶🥂🍾💬 Come early for a glass of wine, a chat, a viewing of the art exhibitions, and stay afterward for conversation with the musicians.
