Dancing With the Mystery A Latihan x Shamanic Breathwork Journey with Elodie & Chaya Hannah You’re warmly invited into a co-created evening of movement, breath, sound, and presence — a space to slow down, listen inward, and return to yourself. This gathering weaves together Elodie’s Latihan practice — a gentle, intuitive, blindfolded movement meditation — with Chaya Hannah’s shamanic breathwork and live sound journey. Together, these practices support deep listening, emotional release, and a felt sense of connection to your body and inner wisdom. The evening is an invitation to explore what happens when you let go of effort and allow your body to lead. There’s no choreography, no right way to move, and nothing to perform. Instead, you’ll be guided into a supportive space where movement, breath, and sound help you soften, trust, and open — at your own pace. 🌿 The Flow of the Evening 7:00 pm — Arrival & Settling (15 min) A gentle welcome into the space. We’ll arrive together, orient to the room, and ground into presence. 7:15 pm — Grounding Breath & Meditation (15 min) A simple, accessible breath practice to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and prepare for movement. 7:30 pm — Latihan Practice (50 min) Elodie will introduce the roots and essence of Latihan: a practice of moving without agenda and listening without effort. You’ll then be guided into a blindfolded, free-form movement journey with a curated playlist, allowing your body to move naturally and authentically. 8:20 pm — Homecoming Breathwork Journey (40 min) Transitioning from movement into stillness and inner listening. Chaya Hannah will guide a breathwork journey to support grounding, emotional release, intuition, and insight. 9:00 pm — Live Sound Offering (15–20 min) Crystal bowls, shruti box, drum, rattle, and voice to help integrate the experience and support deep rest. 9:20 pm — Circle Sharing & Integration (10–15 min) Optional sharing, partner reflection, and simple aftercare practices to support you as you leave. 9:35 pm — Closing the Space (5 min) A gentle closing of the circle and honoring of the journey. 💗 Who This Is For This evening is for anyone who feels drawn to: • Reconnecting with their body in a gentle, non-performative way • Exploring intuitive movement and breath as tools for self-connection • Releasing stored emotion or tension • Practicing presence, boundaries, and relational awareness • Experiencing breathwork and sound healing in a grounded, supportive space • Resting and re-centering after a season of change or intensity No prior experience with movement, breathwork, or meditation is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to listen within. ✨ What You May Leave With • A felt sense of aliveness and ease • Simple tools for grounding and emotional regulation • Greater trust in your body’s natural intelligence • Meaningful connection with others • A deep exhale you didn’t realize you were holding
