Micro.Cosmic
Under the energies of the Winter Solstice, we come together, as our ancestors once did, connecting to the sacred fire of our elemental and cosmic roots, healing the Earth and liberating consciousness.
Our ceremony begins with an introduction to the current of cosmological energies, as we open to this source of Divine consciousness we come into alignment with the present moment. Opening our hearts & inner eye with a Damiana-Blue Lotus tea blend we will then convene with sacred Earth medicine as we shift into a gentle breathwork allowing us to move further into the domain our of inner dimension. A journey through sound will begin to reveal the layers of self-reflection as our thoughts, memories, and emotions begin to weave the threads of our greater tapestry. As our story unfolds through the waves of music, different sensations may arise like the ebb and flow of the ocean, coming and going on the screens of our mind. After two hours of journey time we will begin to return to the physical space, closing out with grounding and a gratitude meditation, after which time refreshments will be served with ample space to share and connect. We will host a discovery call on Sunday, Dec. 7th at 8pm for those interested in learning more.
