Kick off the morning of the event with a group 3 mile (5km) river run.
Join us to get a little sweat on to start the day! Smooth conversational pace.
We'll be meeting outside the W Hotel, and doing a 3 mile (5km) loop along the river.
We will also be doing a morning run on day two of the event.
