Prior to Uniti, Francesco helped scale businesses at the intersection of technology and operations, with experience spanning venture-backed startups and Fortune 500 companies. His work now focuses on building AI agents that can handle complex, high-volume inbound sales—turning missed leads into booked appointments across email, SMS, and voice. Francesco lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two kids.
Daniela Mallarino, Kisi: As the strategic lead for technology partnerships and integrations at Kisi, Daniela spearheads initiatives that drive revenue growth through impactful collaborations and seamless platform integrations. She plays a key role in expanding Kisi’s reach across flexible and coworking spaces, empowering them to deliver smarter, more connected member experiences through cloud-based access control.
Prior to her current role, Daniela focused on researching and developing virtual spaces designed to foster genuine human connection—a foundation that continues to inform her work at the intersection of technology, community, and innovation. With a strong interdisciplinary background spanning the Internet of Things (IoT) and user experience, she is passionate about leveraging digital infrastructure to cultivate belonging and accelerate business impact.
Hector Kolonas, Syncaroo: Hector has worn almost every hat within and around the flex space industry. Today he spends most of his days helping growing shared space businesses shrink their tech debt, grow their revenues, and unblock their best people through Syncaroo's integration infrastructure, and what our customers lovingly call 'tech therapy'. Just to keep everyone on their toes, Hector also runs ThisWeekInCoworking.com, shining a light on the news, trends, opportunities and risks thousands of industry leaders need to know about.
Ginger Dhaliwal, Upflex: Ginger Dhaliwal is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Upflex, a platform transforming how companies access flexible workspace for distributed teams. With 20+ years of experience building products and scaling startups across North America and Asia, she brings a global, human-centered perspective to the future of work. A former startup operator and R&D leader, Ginger now focuses on designing tech that bridges people, place, and performance. She’s also a mentor at Techstars, a member of the Forbes Technology Council, and an active angel investor in workplace innovation and AI.
