I am partnering with PickleBOS and Deja Brew who will be handing out lattes and overnight oats to everyone who comes to class! Goodie bags with coffee gift certificates will also be handed out from Catherine Venditti! The morning will start with a 45-minute full body sculpt class 💪🏼✨ Details: • Friday @ 7:15am • PickleBOS — South Boston Bring your own yoga Mat! • Optional: ankle weights/Bala bangles • Bands provided for all attendees Limited spots available each week 🤍 Can’t wait for another summer of sculpting together☀️
