Fultra, or 'Ultimate Soccer,' is an original new sport by ATHEON™ that combines Ultimate Frisbee & Soccer for an even greater and healthier sport to play. Welcome to the time of your life, a much-needed social break, and one helluva great workout. We’re Oakland Recess. An adult mixed social sports league where every season we play an original new sport we created that is designed for maximum fun, holistic well-being, and newfound skills to tap into. For the Summer 2026 Season, we will be playing Fultra™ or ‘Ultimate Soccer’, an original hybrid sport created by ATHEON™ that unites Soccer and Ultimate Frisbee. No, you don’t literally play them at the same time; we’re not that crazy. Haha. Teams simply play against each other in both sports separately (one acting as the first half, the other as the second half), with the scores from both being aggregated & tallied for a final score between both and a winning team determined.
