Growing up in Los Angeles, our continual search for the perfect bowl of teriyaki chicken ended when we decided to make it ourselves.
Born in the Valley, inspired by Seattle - we are honored to have you along as we mark a step forward for the LA Food scene.

• Chicken Teriyaki Bowl -rice, coal-finished teriyaki chicken, charred cabbage, accoutrements
• Veggie Teriyaki Bowl - marinated tofu, Japanese eggplant, maitake mushroom, accoutrements
• Taiyaki, red bean, vanilla ice cream
