Writing Workshop
Writing is something that we all do almost everyday. It’s a channel to communicate logistics, ideas, and emotions. This workshop is designed to help you stretch your relationship with words and to explore how words can express image and emotion.
We'll start the day with a cup of tea, grounding breath, and an invitation to the creativity that lives within you. We will briefly introduce different ways of being in relationship with words and then you’re open to invite them to flow, trickle, or drop on to the page.
There will be a brief time for optional sharing/witnessing and witnessing and the workshop will close with a moment of gratitude.
No writing experience necessary!
