When Cassie started Wine Club in 2019, her goal was to provide anyone who came with enough knowledge to be able to confidently order a glass of wine for themselves at a restaurant and enjoy it. Through learning a little and drinking a lot, she wanted people to know enough about what they liked in a wine, but to know for certain what they didn't like. 

While Wine Club is most certainly a party (and always will be) we want to ensure that we don't lose sight of the educational side that makes the community so strong. So, for this Wine Club, we wanted to bring everyone back to wine school.
