Hey Guys! For the Fire Island Day Trip, you can meet us at Penn Station for the 7:21am train, or choose another time in the day to arrive. We usually set up by the volleyball courts off Nautilus. Text updates will come the day of, but usual schedule is here: To Fire Island * 7:21 am - Train from Penn Station * $16 off peak ticket one way * 8:57 am - arrive in Sayville, take transfer to Sayville ferry * $6 one way (cash) * 9:30 am - Ferry to Fire Island Pines * $20 round trip (cash) * 10:00 am - Arrive in the pines * I usually go to the pantry (grocery store) and get some snacks for the day & coffee and get a breakfast burrito at the Canteen * 10:30 am - Walk out to the beach, get set up. * If you want a beach chair, let me know and i’ll coordinate - it is $25 for a chair $20 for an umbrella for the day * Otherwise remember to bring a towel, swim suit, sunscreen, water, etc. * 11:00 am - Do whatever you want all day tbh, make friends, usually volleyball is sometimes going on, bring a frisbee, speaker, football, etc. i usually have a book as well * 4:00 pm - Can go to tea and get a drink, or a pool party. * 6:00 pm ferry home * The price is all the same in reverse * $6 transfer (cash) again * $16 for train You can really do whatever you want and join for as much or as little as you want! If you change ur mind and don’t want to come, also totally chill, just let me know!
