As the 🌞 climbs, the energy shifts into karaoke mode. Grab the 🎤, channel your inner pop star, and battle for the karaoke crown in front of a crowd that's louder than the speakers. With live hosts keeping the energy electric, every performance gets the full stage treatment; LED screens and all.

Then, as the sky turns gold, the night belongs to the beat. Our DJ set closes out the day with a set that turns the whole crowd into one big dance floor. Big lights, big sound, big finish.

And it's all for a bigger purpose: every moment of Summer Bash helps power the Volo Kids Foundation, because the best parties are the ones that give back. Suggested $10 donation (cash or Venmo) at the door is encouraged.

General Liability Waiver In consideration of my participation and/or physical presence in any way in any event, league, game, drop-in game, pick-up game, tournament, program, social event, concert, bar event, wellness event, or any other activity (collectively, "Programs") offered, operated, administered, or otherwise presented by Volo Inc., any of its parents or subsidiaries, any of their affiliates, and any successors thereto (collectively, "Volo"), I understand, acknowledge, and agree that: The risk of injury from the Programs and any activities related thereto is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skill, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist and I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Volo, or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation, including any RULES and the Code of Conduct provided by Volo for participation in the Programs.    I am authorizing that I am being added to Volo email lists and I consent to receiving periodic club newsletters and other marketing communications, the delivery of which I may terminate at any time.   I have or will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used in conjunction with the Programs before I participate and if I believe any unsafe condition exists, I will immediately advise a representative at any Program of such condition and will refuse participation until such condition is corrected.   I further consent to the use of my image or likeness, as well as any other information (including but not limited to emails, comments, message boards, pictures, video, and feedback/reviews) in promotional material to be used by Volo, its associates, and the general media. I freely and willingly waive all rights or claims to compensation for use of my image, video, or likeness, obtained by Volo.   I further acknowledge and agree that Volo’s existing relationships with its customers and facility partners were derived at considerable expense and effort and belong exclusively to Volo and I agree that for a period of two (2) years following the date of my participation in any Volo Program, I will not contact, solicit, or attempt to solicit on my own behalf or on the behalf of any other person or entity any customer of Volo, client, or prospective customer or client. I further agree that I will not use the game methods and rules that I learned in the Program(s) to start any competing program in the state in which I participated in any Program(s) for a period of two (2) years following the latest date of my participation in any Volo Program(s).  I, FOR MYSELF AND ON BEHALF OF MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND NEXT OF KIN, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE:  VOLO; ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OFFICIALS, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS; OTHER PARTICIPANTS; SPONSORING AGENCIES; SPONSORS; ADVERTISERS; AND, AS APPLICABLE, OWNERS, LESSORS, SUBLESSORS, OPERATORS, AND AGENTS OF PREMISES OR PHYSICAL PROPERTIES USED OR PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH AND/OR FOR THE PROGRAMS ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY ASSOCIATED WITH MY PRESENCE OR PARTICIPATION, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  This voluntary liability waiver form shall be in full force and effect at all times during my participation in the Programs, of any kind or nature, and for whatever period of time I participate in said Programs, either continuously or from time to time, as the case may be. This agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and governed according to the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. I HAVE READ THIS VOLUNTARY LIABILITY WAIVER FORM, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.  Communicable Disease Acknowledgement and Waiver The risks of injury and illness (ex: communicable diseases such as MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19) from the activities involved in this program are significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risks of serious injury and illness do exist; and, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, I accept that Volo has the right to refuse my participation in a Program if I am exhibiting symptoms of infection; and, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NO TO SUE THE RELEASEES, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By agreeing to this waiver, I, the player, release my health information specifically related to COVID-19 as collected by Volo, to their staff in order to provide a safe and healthy playing experience.     Player Code of Conduct The mission of this Volo Player Code of Conduct ("Code of Conduct") is to create a guideline for our players and community to follow these core components: Kindness, Respect, Sportsmanship, Fair Play, Honesty, Player Safety, and a Welcoming Environment. This Code of Conduct is designed to respect and protect the players, teammates, staff, opponents, neighbors, referees, and any community member associated or impacted by our sport and social activities. We look to hold our Volo community to a high standard and by working and/or playing with our organization, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Player Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct, as determined by Volo staff within their sole and absolute discretion, will result in disciplinary action up to and including suspension - either temporarily or permanently - without a refund. Volo players who exhibit unruly, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior in violation of our Code of Conduct will be removed from game play and/or event attendance by Volo staff, and any and all further disciplinary action may be taken. Code of Conduct for Players I will be kind. I will demonstrate good sportsmanship, win or lose. I will be honest, fair, and respectful to players, staff, officials, spectators, and neighbors at all times. I will respect the decisions of officials and team captains, and maintain a respectful tone in discussions with my captain, opposing team, staff, officials, and/or referees.  I will help maintain and keep all equipment at the facility/park/venue in good condition and ensure that I leave the facility/park in as good or better condition than when I arrived. I will follow all safety protocols of the program, including checking in with my individual QR code. I will not belittle, ridicule, bully, intimidate, or harass anyone involved in Volo sports and/or social activities in public, private, in-person, or online. I will never physically touch anyone in an aggressive or inappropriate way. I will not engage in any violence, verbal threats, or use any profanity in a derogatory way. I understand that I may be financially liable if it is determined that I intentionally damaged venue property or Volo equipment. I will respect and adhere to all rules laid out by the venue hosting Volo programming. This applies to attire, ID verifications, and responsibility for damaged property.
