✧ Erotic Emotional Expression ✧ What if even the most painful and challenging emotions could be felt as pleasurable? In my experience, when we learn to soften and open, this is the truth that is revealed. This experience invites women to reconnect to the wisdom, wildness, and aliveness of their bodies, and remember their vast capacity to feel deeply, fully, and pleasurably. We will experiment with relating to our emotions differently: not as problems to fix, but as life force energy longing to be loved, felt, and expressed. We will be tapping into your innate alchemical abilities and awakening pleasure within challenging emotions by connecting to the erotic life force energy within it all. We will explore how emotion can become a portal to pleasure, liberation, expression, and deeper self-intimacy. Rather than suppressing, fearing, or numbing our emotions, we will practice making love to them – fully feeling and opening to them, and allowing them to fully penetrate our being. Emotions are energy, and when we stop resisting them and allow them to move, they can become fuel for aliveness, sensuality, creativity, and pleasure. I am devoted to a path of expanding my capacity for ease and bliss by learning how to feel more fully. With 8+ years of experience guiding clients through emotional healing and embodiment, I blend my training in somatic therapy, parts work, shadow integration, psychedelic therapy, and trauma-informed space holding with my personal journey of awakening to the power of erotic energy.
