For years our VO Community had places to gather and connect. The lobbies at auditions, our agents’ offices, VOX on the Rocks and Fat Dog. Although times have changed, that ability to connect never should. It’s Time… Time to get out of the studio. Time to get together to chat, share, laugh and catch up. Time to make new friends. Time for the Mic Drop & Mingle at the Morrison Burbank! WHO: Anyone involved with voiceover! Engineers, directors, studio staff, voice actors of every level, whether it’s your first day or you 50th year. WHAT: Mic Drop & Mingle - A social gathering on the third Thursday of the month. **(The last 2 this year are not on the third Thursday) WHERE: The Morrison Burbank - 3821 W. Magnolia Blvd, - Outdoor area in the back. Dogs allowed and tons of free parking in the neighborhood. WHEN: Thursday, September 17th, 5-9pm (Next ones October 8 & December 10) WHY: Because we’re a community and human connection is so important! So please share and spread the word. If you have FB, please RSVP there as well. It helps us with a more accurate head count to get an extended happy hour and spreads the word to new folks.
