Community Mat Pilates
Join us for a free community mat Pilates class, no experience necessary and all levels welcome. This is a great opportunity to move your body, connect with others, and experience the benefits of Pilates in a fun and welcoming environment.
What to expect:
A 40 minute mat Pilates class focused on core strength, mobility, and mindful movement. We will work through a full body sequence that is accessible for beginners while still offering a challenge for those with more experience.
What to bring:
- Your own mat
- Water
- Comfortable workout clothes
